Portfolio

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a natural knack for the creative outlets—photography, painting, graphic design—but have always appreciated the satisfaction that comes from building things that require ruthless attention to data and detail. My work as a marketer has afforded me the unique opportunity to combine my desire to hold a job that requires the use of both my creative skillsets and analytical mind. Through this coupling, I frequently find myself sitting at the nexus point of data and creativity, art and analytics.

My days usually involved a myriad of tasks, bouncing from the creative realm—building emails, creating social posts, designing robust campaigns—to technical execution and the deployment of tactics across various channels.

I’m motivated by bridging the gaps between “this looks amazing” and “this drives real conversions.” Through my work as a marketer, I’m always looking for ways to delve deeper into the ‘why’ behind what I’m doing.

Beyond the technical aspects of marketing, my deepest joy comes from collaborating with new people and teams to bring amazing ideas to life. I appreciate helping unlock potential in others and being able to offer refreshing perspectives on situations in and around a company’s ecosystem. Check out my portfolio to learn more about me! Cheers!

As the sole product marketing strategist and campaign lead, I transformed the Augustine Institute's Lenten Campaign into the most successful live event ever. Setting ambitious goals based on historical averages, my first independently developed and executed campaign achieved top-notch results: 14,863 webinar registrants (149% of goal) and 3,811 live attendees (191% of goal). This initiative allowed me to implement innovative marketing tactics like boosted Facebook events, website and email banners, and cross-department tactics to intentionally segment audiences. Within the first 30 days after the live event, aimed at driving conversions, I can directly attribute 82 new Mission Circle members to their attendance at the event. Most significantly, my campaign added a total of 667 new members during the campaign period—more than doubling the numbers when running a year-over-year comparison. These 667 new members represent approximately $14,000 in additional monthly revenue (average monthly gift of $20), translating to an annual impact of over $160,000 in sustainable funding for the Institute. This campaign is now the organizational standard, demonstrating my ability to conceptualize and execute high-performing initiatives.

Testimonials

Eddie Trask

Eddie managed Kaitlyn directly while at the Augustine Institute

“Kaitlyn is a huge asset and one of the most competent employees I've ever managed.

She dealt with a vast range of personalities and ever-changing responsibilities—in-person and remotely. And in every instance, she performed with precision. No excuses and no complaints. She performed regardless of the length or project, attitudes in the room, or resources available. With such abilities, I think of her as both a champion sprinter and marathoner.

With humility in her spirit and a smile on her face, her intelligence, creativity, determination, and relationship-building skills set her apart and assure me that she has a robust career ahead of her.”
